The city of Sheffield is located in the county of Yorkshire and is easily accessible from most major cities including London, Manchester and York. The main point of access is from the City’s train station which is located in the heart of the city centre and a short walk from the Conference.

The nearest international airport to Sheffield is Manchester Airport which connects to more than 200 destinations worldwide. The airport also has its own train station meaning visitors can easily catch the 1 hour train directly into Sheffield.

The UK’s largest airports are based in London including Heathrow and Gatwick airports. Both services are well connected to transport links into London. The main train station is London St Pancras from which a train will take around 2.5 hours before arriving in Sheffield.

Once in Sheffield, most of our city centre hotels are within walking distance of the train station however taxis are available outside of the station for those who have further to go. Taxis are run on meters and are reasonably priced. Sheffield also has the Uber taxi service and you will be able to book an Uber cab through the Uber app. CMS-JessopWestCourtyard(1)
